Central Students to Compete at BPA Nationals

Six Central High School students will represent San Angelo ISD at the Business Professionals of America National Conference April 25-29 in Chicago, IL.

The Small Business Management Team of Jessica Garcia, Elizabeth Teeter and Bonnie Weiler placed 2nd in state competition. Miss Weiler will be recognized at the Torch Award Ceremony for achieving the Ambassador Award.

The Video Production Team of Israel Ortiz, Manual Martinez, and William Reyes placed 1st in state competition.

Business Professionals, formed in 1966, is a career and technical organization that aims to develop leadership, academic, and technological skills among students and community leaders in the workplace.
