Good nutrition is one of the keys to good health. You can improve your nutrition by regularly eating foods that have a lot of vitamins and minerals in them, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and low- or nonfat dairy.
Exercise and eating right are only 2 components of being well. Practicing a healthy lifestyle can help you battle the diseases that go along with poor health including Diabetes, Hypertension (Stress), Obesity, Bad Cholesterol, and High Blood Pressure.
