SAISD provides a comprehensive compensation package for employees that includes: salary, health insurance benefits, workers' compensation insurance, unemployment insurance and paid leave. Below is information about the health insurance plans and other benefits available to district employees

Supplemental Benefits

SAISD offers certain voluntary benefits to supplement existing employee health insurance coverage. These are offered under the Cafeteria Plan, otherwise known as Section 125 of the 1978 Federal Tax Reform Act, which allows employees to deduct the premium paid for eligible benefits from their gross earnings before federal withholding taxes are calculated and deducted.

How to Access Your Health Plan Information

SAISD employees may access their health plan information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at www.webtpaes.com. The following services are available online:
  • View and download your Summary Plan Document
  • View certain eligibility information
  • Request a new identification card
  • View claim status and history information
  • View, print, or download your Explanation of Benefits
  • Communicate with Customer Service via e-mail
  • Links to other health care resources

Your User ID to login is the Member ID on your health plan identification card.  If it's your first time visiting the site, you may register for a password by clicking the link to login as a Member and then click the First time to logon link and follow the directions on the screen.

Employee Benefits Offered

Direct Deposit

SAISD offers employees the convenience of having their paychecks automatically deposited directly into a bank account. With direct deposit, your pay is available to you immediately - even if you are out of town, at home sick, or on a school holiday. You will still receive a check stub detailing your pay, deductions and leave balance.To sign up for direct deposit, download and fill out the form below and return to the Human Resources department.
