Bond Construction Update – April 13, 2026

RJ Lopez with Parkhill provided an update on Bond 2025 construction progress during the April 13, 2026 pre-agenda board meeting. 

Overall Timeline

  • Project timelines and key deadlines remain unchanged across all projects.
  • Design and construction progress continues to be monitored to stay on schedule.

Crockett Elementary

  • Construction is well underway.
  • Cafeteria and kitchen walls are going up, with additional framing and brickwork progressing.
  • Classroom areas near the main entry are also taking shape.
  • Students recently participated in a "stud signing," providing a hands-on learning opportunity about the construction process.

McGill Elementary

  • Demolition work is largely complete.
  • The site is clearing, allowing for a clearer view of how new additions will come together into a more unified campus.

Glenn Middle School

  • Continued progress on design development.
  • Construction documents are being finalized in preparation for bidding in the coming months.

Lake View High School
