  • Lee Lewis Construction has been in contact with the city permitting department, and the review process is nearing completion.

  • The facility will include a ticket booth for ticket sales and point-of-sale operations.
  • The concession area will include refrigerators, sinks, a warming cabinet and food preparation space.

  • Officials’ changing rooms will be located on the south side of the building, facing the main campus, for referees and umpires to use before games.

  • Construction documents for the Fannin Elementary project were issued on May 29.
  • KFW is currently answering pre-bid RFIs submitted through the construction manager from interested subcontractors and trade partners.
  • A pre-bid walkthrough was held last week, allowing interested trade partners to walk through the campus.
  • Lee Lewis Construction is currently soliciting bids from trade partners.
  • Bids are expected to be finalized soon, with a Guaranteed Maximum Price anticipated for board consideration shortly after.
  • The permit application is expected to be submitted this week.
  • Once the GMP is delivered and approved, construction mobilization is expected to begin, with dirt work anticipated in early July.
