On Thursday, October 16th, the San Angelo ISD Bond Oversight Committee held its first meeting to review progress on projects approved by voters in the 2025 Bond Election.

Attendees heard presentations from Deputy Superintendent/CFO Dr. Merl Brandon, Director of Bond Construction Carl Dannheim, and Hector De Santiago with Parkhill Architects. The group learned about the bond sale results, project timelines, and current construction updates — and had the opportunity to ask questions and share feedback.
