San Angelo Schools Foundation
The San Angelo Schools Foundation (SASF) was created in 1986 to support innovative academic opportunities for children of the San Angelo Independent School District.
The foundation's two major projects each year are:
Grants to Teachers
Since 1988, SASF has awarded over $200,000.00 in grants to teachers. These grants are for special projects not covered in the SAISD district budget, range in amount from $100 to $500, and cover all ages and subjects. Teachers must apply for the grant.
