San Angelo Payroll dates are as follows:
Monthly Employees: Pay date is the 23rd of each month.
Semi-Monthly Employees: Pay dates are the 15th & 30th of each month.
If pay dates fall on a weekend or Holiday, pay date will be the day before the weekend or holiday.
SAISD employees enjoy the convenience of having their paychecks automatically deposited directly into a bank account of their choice. If you need to make changes to your direct deposit bank account information, please contact the Payroll Department at 947-3838 x785, x788, x789, or x791.
The Form W-4 tells what percent of your salary you wish for the district to withhold from your paychecks for Federal taxes. If you have had any changes in your family life (divorce, marriage, birth, etc.) you will want to complete a new W-4 form. If you would like to submit a new W-4, please contact the payroll department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
San Angelo ISD’s electronic timekeeping program, TimeClock Plus, is the official system for recording hours worked by all non-exempt employees. Employees are responsible for clocking in and clocking out of TimeClock Plus, verifying the accuracy of their time records, and monitoring their available leave and compensatory time balances.
