This list is intended to give campuses and departments more options and flexibility in finding the best value when purchasing needed items. San Angelo ISD belongs to the BuyBoard, as well as a dozen other purchasing cooperatives. Any of which can be used to make legal purchases with district funds or activity account moneys. Since each purchasing cooperative has their own procedures and guidelines the purchasing department is here to assist you in preparing requisitions for these vendors.
