When you contact the HelpDesk please have the following information ready:

- Computer Name (How do I find my computer name?)
- Serial Number and/or Service Tag
- Operating System (i.e. Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, iOS, etc.)
- Specific Description of Problem
- Product being used when the problem occurred
- Resolution expected and time frame for resolution
- Campus, Room No. Phone Ext. Times available and best method to contact
