Elementary Meet the Teacher

San Angelo ISD elementary schools will be holding their annual "Meet the Teacher" events on the following dates and times. "Meet the Teacher" is a chance for students and parents to get their class assignments, meet their teachers, drop off school supplies, and visit their classrooms. Details vary from campus to campus. Please refer to the table below for additional information about your specific campus.

Alta Loma Aug. 17 11 am–12:30 pm Meet teacher and drop off supplies. Classroom Lists will be posted outside by front door after 4pm on Friday, August 17th from 11:00-12:30.
Austin Aug. 17 12:30–1:30 pm Please bring your school supplies with you and be watching Class Dojo at the end of next week for a message from your teacher. If you are new to campus or not on Class Dojo yet, class lists will be posted on Meet the Teacher day. Please enter through the arrival/dismissal location for your grade level.

ECSE: back gate in the parking lot on Walnut St.
Pre-K/Kinder: cafeteria on Van Buren St.
1st & 2nd grade: door on Walnut St.
3rd grade: the door by the crosswalk on Willow St.
4th grade: front door
5th grade: the door by the crosswalk on Willow St.

Kindergarten parents - we will be hosting a come-and-go session for you on Monday, 8/16, from 10:00-12:30. More details coming soon.
Please note that your child must be registered online in order to be placed in a class for meet the teacher. visit our website for more information about registration.
Belaire Aug. 17 11 am–12 pm - K, 2nd, 4th
1–2 pm - Pre-K, 1st, 3rd, 5th
Teachers will call home room students. There will also be staff out front of school day of to let parents know homeroom teacher. Students and parents will go to classroom, meet teacher, and drop off school supplies.
Bonham Aug. 16 2:30–3:30 pm - K, 2nd, 4th
3:30–4:30 pm - 1st, 3rd, 5th
You are welcome to bring your school supplies to Meet the Teacher. Registration should be complete in order to be placed on a class list and be registered for this school year.
Bowie Aug. 16 2:30–3:30 pm - K-2
3:30–4:30 pm - 3-5
Welcome Bowie Patriots,
While safety is out top priority, we are here to serve our stakeholders! With that being said, we are excited to
announce we are hosting our meet the teacher in person the 2021-2022 school year. We will keep the same
designated entrance and areas. K-2 will enter through the back wing. 3-5 Parents will enter through the front
foyer. Class lists will be posted on the outside wall of our teachers classroom. If your child is not on a class
list, we have a designated staff member available to assist you. We look forward to seeing you all very soon!
Bradford Aug. 17 11 am–12 pm Students in Pre-K through 1st grade will enter through the cafeteria. Second through fifth grade will enter through the gate by the gym. These will also be their drop off and pick up areas during the school year.
Crockett Aug. 17 12–1 pm Class lists will be posted on the cafeteria windows at 12:00. Students and parents will then be directed to the appropriate classroom to meet their teacher. Students are encouraged to bring their supplies.
Fannin Aug. 17 3–4 pm Class lists will be posted at 3:00.  Students and parents will be directed to the appropriate classroom to meet their teacher and drop off school supplies.
Fort Concho Aug. 13 11:30 am–1 pm Class lists will be posted outside the buildings. Students and parents will be directed to the appropriate classroom to meet their teacher and drop off school supplies.
Glenmore Aug. 16 11:30 am–12:15 pm - Last Names A-J
12:15–1 pm - Last Names K-Z
This is a great time to quickly meet your teacher, see the location of the room, bring your school supplies and ask questions about the first day of school. * To keep our families and staff safe, times for your child to meet their teacher are based on the last name.

*Please adhere to the time frames listed to limit the number of guests on campus at one time.
*If your family unit has more than one last name, please attend the time frame of your oldest child's last name.

Please park and enter through the following areas:
PK- Ft. Mc Kavett (near the playground)
K- Margie Street or Penrose
1st- Ft. Mc Kavett
2nd-3rd Margie Street
4th-5th Ft. McKavett
Goliad Aug. 16 11–11:30 am - Kinder Orientation
11:30 am–1 pm - Meet the Teacher
Class lists will be posted at 11:30. Students in 1st-2nd will report to the back of the school and 3rd-5th to the front of the school. This will be a great time to drop off school supplies and meet your new teacher. Kinder families will meet for a quick orientation of Goliad in the cafeteria.
Holiman Aug. 16 5–6:30 pm Students and parents have an opportunity to see inside the school, find your class, meet your teacher, and bring your school supplies. Class lists will be posted at 5:00. In an effort to keep everyone safe, we will have 3 entrances and lists will be posted at all 3. If you have children in multiple grades, please go to the oldest first then move on to the others. K&1 enter through the front doors, 2&3 enter the ramp off Montague, and 4&5 enter the large gate off Lowrie. We can't wait to see you!
Lamar Aug. 16 4:30–5:30 pm - K, 2nd, 4th & Functional Academics
5:30–6:30 pm - 1st, 3rd, 5th
Bring class supplies and quickly meet your teacher. Students will receive a call from their teacher prior to meet the teacher.
McGill Aug. 17 11 am–1 pm Class lists posted on the correct buildings. Students/parents will go to classroom, drop off supplies. We will have a photo op so that we might alleviate 1st day of school congestion
Reagan Aug. 17 3–4 pm Bring class supplies and quickly meet your teacher at our tailgate in the south parking lot on Tuesday the 17th from 3:00-4:00 . Students will receive a call from their teacher prior to meet the teacher.
San Jacinto Aug. 17 3–4 pm Class lists will be posted outside at 3pm. Students and parents will go to the classroom to meet the teacher and can drop off supplies.
Santa Rita Aug. 16 4:30–6 pm Class lists will be posted outside. Students and parents will be allowed to go to the classrooms to drop off supplies, meet the teacher, and get themselves acquainted.
