Winter Break Reporting Procedures

We want to wish everyone a safe holiday season. 
 
In order to assist you with COVID-19 while our schools are closed from Saturday, December 19, 2020 – January 4, 2021, we ask that you complete the following form if any SAISD student in your household tests positive for COVID-19 while we are out for Winter Break.
