Welcome to San Angelo Independent School District, an oasis in West Texas, where our  mission is to engage all students in a relevant and inspiring education that produces future-ready graduates. Across 23 campuses and with more than 13,000 students, our caring staff stands ready to serve every student through a safe and caring environment. We are strong as a result of the partnerships and support from parents and the community. We love our schools and are proud of the heritage and traditions unique to San Angelo. 

San Angelo ISD provides robust learning opportunities for our children including Career and Technical Education (CTE) resulting in industry-recognized certifications; honors, advanced-placement, and gifted-and-talented programs; dual-credit courses; a growing bilingual program; award-winning fine arts and performing arts; exploration into STEM through robotics and coding; and competitive athletics. It is through learning opportunities like these, combined with an engaging and rigorous curriculum, that helps San Angelo ISD prepare students for postsecondary success, whether they choose to join the workforce, attend college or a university, or join the military.
