San Angelo ISD will be hosting our annual Job Fair at the Central High School Tucker Building located at 655 Caddo Street on Saturday, April 20th from 9:00 - 10:30 am where interested applicants can meet district and campus administrators, learn more about open positions and participate in interviews.
San Angelo ISD joined the City Council and Mayor Brenda Gunter to celebrate San Angelo ISD educators as she issued a proclamation formally declaring April 19, 2024 as the “SAISD Difference Maker Day” in San Angelo.
At San Angelo ISD, we are excited to begin growing hopes and dreams with our future pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students! During the week of May 6-10, 2024, SAISD elementary schools across the district will open their doors to welcome the families of incoming pre-k and kindergarten students to get to know their future elementary schools and receive assistance with the online enrollment process for the 2024-2025 school year.
San Angelo ISD is proud of an outstanding partnership with Shannon Health, Angelo State University, Howard College, and San Angelo Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Corporation to offer an exclusive opportunity for our Career and Technical Education (CTE) students in healthcare pathways to discover healthcare careers and education opportunities. During the third part of this symposium, students visited Howard College to gain insight into the pathways of study available to them at Howard.
More than 130 San Angelo ISD students participated in an innovative day centered on cybersecurity and STEM, during Angelo State University’s Third Annual Youth Cybersecurity Workshop & Expo. The event connects teachers and students with leaders in cybersecurity and exposes students to the cybersecurity career field and related opportunities.
